Wandering at Chåteau Rouge

Last year I went to Chåteau Rouge to get my African Fabrics and thought it was such a great day I would go wander the nieghborhood.

It certainly was not without its sense of style, creativity or culture

All these individuals selling items from bags on the street...everything from nuts to eggplant to these dried fish from the Congo... and the Police would come and they would pick up their bags and scatter ... then 5 minutes later as soon as the police left they were back...
