Guerilla Atelier

I thought I would  check out the Arts District in Downtown LA and found Guerilla Atelier, an amazing luxury fashion Atelier.
Carl Louisville, the founder, explained that he was inspired to mimics the shops of Paris in the 19th century and create a modern boutique style in DTLA.
Carl explained that for 15 years, he managed Prada in Beverly Hills, where he was surrounded with a world of luxury and decided to experiment with a pop-up of his inspirational ideas on the weekends
It was a huge success!
So he made the decision to leave Prada and devote himself full-time to open Guerilla Atelier
Carl has really created an beautiful and inspirational environment of one of a kind specialty item…that likely will not be found anywhere else.
If you have a chance  take a look its a wonderful experience.

DTLA Art Walk

Where do I even begin... I'm in shock to see DTLA like this .... Its amazing!
I remember downtown LA in the 80's. (said with your best Grandpa voice)
Art Walk is an incredible event every second thursday of the month. There is so much life, creativity and inspiration downtown and Art walk just displays that beautifully! LA is such an extraordinary place in such a unique position, while downtown is old and has amazing architecture, history and beauty but its culture and character seems to still be developing.

I posted this now to encourage you to go if you can the next DTLA Art Walk is Sept.12th, Check it out with great Art and FOOD TRUCKS
Its a great time!
