Swing Out Sister was quite a show !!!!

Such a fun night with unexpected surprises!

Swing Out Sister is currently promoting there new album "Beautiful Mess", (which is great btw) along with doing the classics you may remember , Break Out, and Same Girl

Patrice is a huge fan and so when we arrive we scoped out a good spot to photograph and enjoy the show. We found this great space just right of stage as we moved  over to the spot this lady looked like she was going to the same place, we looked at each other and laughed  and said " Looks like we both have the same idea ?!huh:-)" 
At one point Corrine (lead singer) shouted out to the crowd and we being Fabulous Americans .... Shouted Back ( it's not funny until you've been in a room with a bunch of reserved Englishmen) She immediately acknowledged us :-) Anyway everyone in the room loosed up and soon their was dancing and singing along. 
After the show the lady and her friend whom we had shared space with asked if we had really come from USA to see the show, we replied, "yes" to which she said to her friend, "I think Corrine would like to meet them "
As it turns out she was a dear long time friend of Corrine and her family.We were escorted over by our new Lovely English Lady friends (Liz and Anna) and introduced. 
Go Figure, Corrine recognized Patrice from the Swing Out Sister Fan page on Face book , So we were welcomed into the private upstairs bar at the club and closed the place down with the band! 
We had an amazing night , thanks to our new friends Liz and Anna and a wonderful time meeting Corrine Drewery , Andy Connell, Gina Foster,  Jody Linscott and all the other privileged  fans and friends.

I wanna go higher !!!!

Flying is not always the easiest thing for me to do. Some people seem to just do it with such ease while others fake it :-) ... That's me!
One thing flying reminds me is that not matter how rainy or snowy or just cloudy it is on the ground ... The sun is always out :-) you just have to rise up above all that stuff and it's sun and blue skies!
And that's my "deep thought " for the day ;-)

Location Location Location:-)

This past thursday I shoot at the home in Hollywood Hills that Herb Ritts made famous as a location. I was inspired to remembering those iconic images that had influenced me so early in my career.

At one point, I love it, the home owner came out and saw me working and commented,"In the 23 years I've lived here I don't believe I have ever seen another photographer shoot from the angles you are. I think I've seen it all. "

Daniel, my assistant, loved I was so crazy for holding such an incredibly expensive piece of equipment inches above the water, but you gotta get the shot ....¿right? :-)

Oh and you have to try on any wig the hairdresser brings ¿right?

Wow what a show!! So Visually exciting to see! I love it all .

Excited by her youth vibrance and energy ,I have been following her since we tagged "The MusiK" in the YSL store in Beverly Hills early last year.

This was the second night of her "W.A.R.R.I.O.R. Tour" preforming at La Cita " Mustache Mondays" in Los Angeles.

Happy (Be-lated) New Year

Hope everyone is healthy and happy and this year brings you the challenge and the prosperity you need for your life.

One of my ambitions, even from last year, is to come out of my comfort zone and try new things that will stimulate my creativity and help me grow as an artist. Hopefully I can expand on that idea this year.

As alway I truly enjoy your comments and criticism along with any ideas you wish to contribute

OMG...... Its Christmas!!!!

I should have thought about that in June when we shot this and gotten my shopping done then !!!! Every year it comes up so fast!

Musée De L'Orangerie

So cool , After being on my panorama binge, Patrice told me we were going somewhere secret.

It was such a surprise and so amazing to see these panoramic works of Monet at the Musée de L'Orangerie.

I did not know of these¿!? right, where have I been!

I loved the museum lighting for the painting was so beautiful and it was so cool to see the Master Impressionist in such a modern space.
